Rules

1. Deposit Policy

After your appointment is approved, I will contact you by email about the deposit. Appointments will be approved on Monday,Wednesday,Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Please make sure to check your spam folder. if we do not receive a response, you will be contacted with a number ending with 3351 or 5324.

 

Do not send any deposit until I contact you. If you send it before I reach out, it will be rejected.

 

A $35dollar deposit must be sent by Zelle to 412 452 5324 or by Cash App to $Famuelle. Include your appointment time and date. You must send the deposit within five hours after your appointment has been approved. Confirm your payment with a screenshot sent only to the email I will contact you from. Do not send it to the email listed on the page.

 

If the deposit is not sent on time, your slot will be given to someone else.

 

2. Payment Methods & Fees

Cash or Zelle is accepted for the remaining balance.

Cash App final payments have a $5 fee.

Final payment is due immediately after service, no exceptions.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in a $45 late fee.

 

4. No-Show Policy

No-shows or no-texts will be blocked with no refund.

 

5. Style Change Policy

Changing your style last minute is not allowed.

 

6. 48hr Cancellation Policy

Canceling within 48hrs will result in a deposit lost no exceptions.

 

7. Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy

No refunds. If you are not satisfied, you must notify me within the first 3 days after your service.

 

8. Hair Color Policy
We provide the braiding hair if it’s 1 1b 27 30 or 613 mix color is 25$ additional.

Any additional hair colors requested that we don’t provide will be brought by the client. If you are choosing a hair color, please add it to the note section when you are booking.
